Shipping Policy
We strive to ship each order within 1 to 3 regular business days from the day we receive your order. Regular business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except for holidays when major shipping carriers are not available.


The timeframe you choose when checking out is the time frame of the delivering carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) and begins when the carrier registers our drop off. Unfortunately, we have NO control over the actual time for delivery once the package is dropped off. We will always strive to drop off your order to the carrier you have chosen upon checkout within 1 to 3 regular business days from the day it is ordered.

If your purchase requires RUSH handling, please call us at 302-388-1840 to make sure we can accommodate your need. We will try our very best and will advise you during our conversation.

Occasionally, we are away from our warehouse for consecutive days while attending events and shows. During that time, orders will be held and until we return and can process your order. Our website will show the dates we are away. We apologize for this inconvenience but please understand we are a small business and work hard for our customers in many different venues.

Once your item ships you will be emailed a tracking number. Please follow the tracking and watch for your package(s) to arrive. Casa Ancora will NOT be responsible for incorrect/incomplete mailing addresses, or packages once they have been received by the carrier. We have no control over shipping times, delays or missing packages caused by the carrier, weather conditions or other issues that prevent delivery by the carrier. If your package is missing, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly with the tracking number for more information or to file a claim. If you need assistance with the tracking number, please reach out to us and we will re-send that information.

Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number which can be found on the shipping label attached to the box your items arrived in.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Casa Ancora will not be responsible for paying the return shipping fees unless an item is damaged or we shipped an incorrect item.

All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

To start a return, you can contact us at casaancoradecor@gmail.com. When your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will need to contact us within THREE days of receipt of items.

Exceptions
Seasonal Holiday items are NON RETURNABLE - NON REFUNDABLE.

Sale & Clearance items are NON RETURNABLE - NON REFUNDABLE.

Gift Cards & Certificates are NON-RETURNABLE - NON REFUNDABLE.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
